A Miss West update!

As you may have noticed, there are no new pages up this week.

I have been busy this week as I am going to be traveling to the Philippines next week. I will be there for 3 weeks to visit family, so I will most likely be out of contact during that time.

However, there will be new pages during that time. I have 3 weeks worth of pages almost finished, and they will be automatically updated while I’m gone.
I would have liked to have 5 weeks worth finished (one for this week and one for the week I come back), but it wasn’t meant to be (lack of time and materials). So I apologize in advance.

One thing I’d like to put out there is that Chapter 1 is almost done, so look forward to the conclusion. Chapter 2 will be in the works during my trip, so that should be fun.

I also have a couple other updates I’d like to make about the site…

First off, there is now a cast page for the comic. It’s a little hard to find at the moment, but if you’re on the Miss West page, down by the archive and comments section is a link to a Cast page where there are profiles of the characters, so please check that out: http://www.cupofcomics.com/misswest/cast

Second, there is now a Donation button on the site. You can find the button around the same place as the cast page. If you have a Paypal account, it would be a great help if you can toss in a couple dollars, as they would go towards things like getting more supplies to work on the comic, help with server costs, and other projects going on for both the comic and for the website.

Third, we’re selling ad space via Project Wonderful. If you would like to advertise your website on the Miss West page of the website, feel free to click the project wonderful ad space area of the page, and you can get started.

Finally, as a little reminder in case you don’t follow the Cup of Comics fan page on Facebook or Twitter, we will be launching 2 new webcomics on June 1st: “Apple Princess” and “The [Quote] Book”, so please visit the site on that day to get your fill of more comic goodness: http://www.cupofcomics.com/
